Our knowledgeable staff will guide guests in selecting the perfect Derby hat or fascinator, offering expert styling advice and custom options along the way. Set in a beautiful, one of a kind space, this experience blends convenience, elegance, and Derby day flair.

Unboxing Event

Perfect for preorder clients, or as an enhancement to another Hat Haven experience, our Unboxing Event delivers a truly elevated reveal. Hats and fascinators are presented in keepsake hat boxes for a memorable group unboxing moment. 

Delivery is included for downtown Louisville locations within a two-mile radius of the Hyatt Regency. Delivery outside this radius is available for an additional service fee.

Offer your clients an unforgettable insider experience with a meet and greet with milliner Jessica Schickli. Jessica shares the rich history of millinery and its iconic role in the Kentucky Derby, followed by personal styling guidance and hat etiquette tips. Guests will enjoy one on one interaction, expert insight, and a deeper appreciation for the art behind their Derby look.

Bring the fascinating world of millinery to your next event with Jessica Schickli, award winning milliner and Official Milliner for the Kentucky Derby Museum. As a second generation milliner and educator, Jessica shares the rich history of hat making, explores the evolution of traditional millinery techniques, and discusses the important role hats have played in Kentucky Derby culture and fashion. Through captivating stories, historical examples, and insights from her own career, audiences gain a deeper appreciation for the artistry, craftsmanship, and cultural significance of millinery. Ideal for museums, libraries, historical societies, garden clubs, civic organizations, women's groups, and special events.

A group management fee of 10%  is applied to each invoice. This fee covers all guest communication via email or text, packing and labeling of products, and coordination of hat delivery or pick up.
