Wholesale Ordering Information

Thank you for your interest in carrying Hat Haven's handcrafted hats and fascinators. Each design is carefully made to order, ensuring the exceptional quality and craftsmanship our brand is known for.

Minimum Order
The minimum wholesale order is 15 pieces of a single style in one color.

Custom Color Orders
Orders of 20 or more pieces of the same style may be produced in a custom color. Rather than selecting from our standard color collection, you may choose one color from the color chart provided below.

Production Time
Wholesale orders are handcrafted and typically require 30–60 days for production. Larger or custom orders may require additional time during peak seasons.

How to Order
Please email your completed wholesale order to hathavenboutique@gmail.com. Once your order has been reviewed, we will email you an invoice that includes both your order total and shipping charges.

Payment Policy
Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of receipt. Orders that remain unpaid after 72 hours will be canceled, and a new order submission will be required to begin the process again.
